Euromedic Cork is a state-of-the-art multi-modality diagnostic
scanning centre, located in the Elysian building in Cork City
Centre. Formerly South Terrace X-ray, Euromedic Cork became part of
Euromedic Ireland in 2009 and has since relocated to a modern,
world-class location in the Elysian.
Euromedic Cork provides patients with access to a fast, accurate
and affordable high-quality scanning service. Appointments are
available quickly and results are accessible within 48 hours of the
scan taking place.
Euromedic Cork can guarantee the highest standards in patient
care as it is accredited with the internationally recognised
Standard in Ambulatory Care from the Joint Commission International
(JCI).

X-ray
Euromedic Cork offers a fast x-ray service. Walk-in/same day
appointments are available.
Ultrasound
A specialised ultrasound service is avaialble at our Cork
Centre. In addition to standard ultrasounds, follicular tracking is
provided by our pecialised sonorgrapher.
Bone Densitometry
A specialised Bone Health Clinic is headed up by Consultant
Rheumatologist, Dr Mark Phelan. The clinic uses a combination of
DXA and FRAX to diagnose bone health and a consultation with Dr
Phelan is available.
MRI (Magnetic Reasonance Imaging)
Euromedic Cork offers highly advanced MRI technology at the
clinic in the Elysian. The MRI scanner in Cork is a wide-bore
scanner which offers unrivalled image quality. It is also suitable
for larger and claustrophobic patients, who may not be suited to a
traditional MRI scanner.
CT (Computed Tomography)
A fast and efficient CT service is available at Euromedic Cork
offering fast access and results for patients.

X-Rays are available as a walk-in service with a referral letter
from a medical practitioner.
REFERRAL FORM
Referral letters must be faxed, emailed or posted to Euromedic
Cork.
Euromedic Cork is located in the Elysian Building in Cork City Centre. The Elysian is a five minute walk from Cork City Centre, one minute drive from the South Link and five minutes from Kent Train Station.
Parking is available in the underground car-park at the Elysian.
Disc parking is available on-street.
